This thread reducer is made out of 316 Stainless Steel. Which is ideal for underwater. It can be used whenever you need to reduce your threads from 3/8-16 to 1/4-20.

One use is you can put one on your Inon leg so you can then attach one of our Twist Clamp Heads to it. You can use it on your topside tripod when you need that reduction as well.
